Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd (“TMNF”) acquired a majority stake in Asia General Holdings Limited.
The Asia Insurance Co Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGH, was renamed TM Asia Insurance Singapore Ltd.

In July, The Tokio Marine and Fire Insurance Company (Singapore) Pte. Limited was merged with TM Asia Insurance Singapore Ltd. to form Tokio Marine Insurance Singapore Ltd.
